Can my whole team use OK Social?

Yes. Every account supports multiple managers, so your agency can work out of the same client workspaces together. It's built for small teams of around 2 to 5 people.

Can I control what each team member can do?

Yes. Members get roles (owner, admin or member), so you decide who manages settings, who uploads and edits content, and who just needs access.

Can I send approval emails from my own Gmail or Outlook?

Yes. Connect your Google or Microsoft account and notifications go out from your own address, so clients hear from your brand, not a generic system email.

Do I have to post for my clients, or can they post themselves?

Both. Run a fully managed service where you design and publish everything, or a design-and-download option where clients approve and grab the assets to post themselves. You choose the model per client.

Can I share just the copy, or the images and videos too?

Whatever fits the package. Share full posts with media and copy, media files only, or copy on its own. Set the default per workspace so clients always get exactly what they need.

Do clients need to create an account or log in?

No. Clients open a single magic link with no passwords and no setup. They review one post at a time and approve or request changes in seconds.

What can clients do when they review content?

Approve, request changes (with required feedback so you know exactly what to fix), or mark something as tentative. They can also revisit and download approved content from a rolling 30-day archive.

Which platforms does it support?

Any platform you work with. Tag posts for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn and more, with image and short-video support built in.
